SMS Terms & Conditions

1. Business Identity & Program Description

GoPave provides SMS (text message) services to paving contractors and their customers for lead response, appointment reminders, follow-up messages, review requests, and business communications. By opting in to receive text messages from businesses using GoPave, you agree to these terms.

2. Consent to Receive Messages

By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive automated and non-automated text messages related to:

• Appointment confirmations and reminders
• Service follow-ups and status updates
• Invoice and payment notifications
• Review requests
• Product demos, onboarding, and account notifications
• Marketing and promotional messages (if separately consented)
• Business communications from the contractor you contacted

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with the business and the services you have opted into. You may receive multiple messages per week depending on your account activity, appointments, and communication preferences.

4. Opting Out (STOP)

You can opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. After opting out, you will receive one confirmation message and no further messages unless you opt in again.

6. Message and Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply. Your carrier's messaging fees apply to all messages sent and received. Rising Tide Creative LLC (DBA GoPave) is not responsible for any charges incurred from your wireless provider.

7. Carrier Liability Disclaimer

Carriers (including but not limited to AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and others) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network and is not guaranteed.

8. Supported Carriers

Service is available on most major US carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and many regional carriers. Carrier participation may change without notice.

9. Privacy

Your phone number and messaging data are subject to our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these SMS Terms at any time. Continued use of SMS services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
